BWGI’s spiritual growth online Bible study course is part of the organization’s Christian distance education program. Through this online Bible study you will learn how to experience abundant living by uncovering your true identity in Christ and discovering what it means to live out of that identity. Quizzes, tests and practical application exercises will ensure that the material is not only learned, but also lived out in the life.

Part I: Foundations
This online Bible study course will establish a solid, biblical base. It will help you renew your mind with biblical truths. As a result, you’ll learn to see yourself as a co-heir with Christ, experience, perhaps for the first time, life in the grace-filled, guilt-free environment that God intended, and discover how relaxing in your relationship with God leads to spiritual growth.

Part II: Applications
This online Bible study course for spiritual growth teaches the believer how to relate to God and others based on the relationship identified in Part I. Upon completion of this part of the online Bible study course, participants will be equipped with new pictures and a new perspective that will enable them to see themselves and others as God sees them and to live life from this new framework.

Offering this online Bible study course in two segments enables us to give you maximum flexibility with the applications section. You can take both parts online or take Part I online and take Part II with a small group from your church or at an accredited university. Each segment is presented in 8 lecture/slide modules, plus readings, audio lectures, and quizzes, and takes the average student about 28 hours to work through.

Our enrichment online Bible study course is a self-paced, 16-week spiritual growth course that rounds out an online Christian education. This course features Biblically-rich spiritual growth material in the form of multimedia lectures. The lectures include video clips as well as graphical information to assist in the learning experience.

Our interactive online Bible study course is an accredited, seminary level course. Course credit or CEU's are available from participating institutions and organizations. This online Bible study course features:

Biblically-rich spiritual growth material including: articles, audio and video clips, multimedia lectures, and lecture notes.
One-on-one mentoring by one of our trained staff.
Personal Messaging System, for private interactions with your mentor.
Online student forum for interacting with your mentor and other students
A CD-ROM containing the rich media of the course, allowing full multimedia performance even with a dial-up connection.

Course Time Limits

Each course includes a time limit. This is a benefit for both the student and for course administration: it ensures focus on completing the course and prevents old and seldom used student accounts from clogging the website database system. While some exceptions will be made, plan to complete the course within the timeline provided, as follows:

Enrichment Course: 16 weeks
Interactive Course: 24 weeks
School Credit Course: 15 weeks
